New Digital Products!

A couple new things in the shoppe! I love this template I did. I scraplifted a layout that I worked on for Magistical Memories for next months assignments ;)

Fabric Headbands

Be warned people I got crafty! I really like the fabric I bought for my pillows. Especially the blue. So thought I would try my hand at making a head band. And of course the power of the Internet+Google and I found this Tutorial! I followed it exactly except for the sewing part and we all know why! I just used Helmar's Craft glue to do everything. I did add a couple stitches at the end to help give support to the elastic. I'm really hard on my hair stuff so thought it wouldn't hurt! I would love to see if anyone else attempts this!

Fabric Flowers using Adhesive

I'm working on a project with my left over fabric from the pillows I made. I had a window pane with an American flag painted behind it on a board. I was going to give it away until I saw that I could take the flag board off without ruining the rest! Hopefully I can finish it today when my pictures come in and get some photos up! With some of the scraps I figured I would try and make some flowers as well to go on this project. Here's what I came up with. I got the idea from a tutorial I found HERE. There's a lot of great ideas listed. Instead of sewing though I used Helmar's 450 adhesive ;)

No Sew Pillows....

If you're like me, you don't have a sewing machine. One day I'll get one, but not anytime soon! I always love to see what crafters do with fabric and sewing machines, but could never duplicate it until now! I found out that Helmar has an adhesive that is safe on virtually everything including fabrics and it's washable! I ordered some fabric from The Fat Quarter Shop. Their longest shipping time in the states is 3 days! Keep checking over at ACOT, because I've heard that they're going to be getting some in. Better yet comment here on which product you want ;)
I would love to see if you guys have done anything similar. This was my first attempt! I actually just covered some pillows that I was getting ready to toss!

New Layout Using Helmar! Did you add them?

Bubble Tree and free adhesive!

I think the bubble tree might be one of my favorites from the new release! There are so many possibilities for it! For this one, I added some paper from Scribble Scrabble behind it, then wrapped the trunk with Pink Paislee tape. I also used Helmar Scrap Dots adhesive to give it dimension off my page. If you've used this tree, please link me up! I would love to see how you used it!
