Larned is really in the middle of nowhere. I have been all over Kansas, but I have never been there. At least I knew that there is a city named Larned in Kansas. :) You can find Larned about an hour west and a bit north of Hutchinson. (Thanks Google maps). And it's not on a highway to anywhere I have friends and family, unless I take a weird route from Kansas City (where I live) to Minneola (where my grandmother-in-law lives) through Great Bend. :(

Just wanted to let you all know that the Scraps paper will soon be available online. Hopefully our online store will be up in 1-2 weeks, initially just carrying our paper line and coffee beans, and hopefully eventually carrying our full in-store product line. Our web address is www.scrapslarned.com.

In addition to our coffee shop/scrapbook store, Larned also has a very nice home interior store, a cute flower shop, a furniture store, several antique stores, and a new store that cells antiques, collectibles, and various other old items that have suddenly become fashionable again (called Toon's Treasures).
