I have to say that usually this time of year, I do a lot of online shopping.  I decided to go ahead on black friday and stay in to do shopping as well.  I ordered from Walmart.com and ToysRus.com.  Walmart was great, shipped free to the store no hassels.  ToysRus on the other hand, not so much!  Shortly after I placed my order I get an email saying my order has been suspended and I had to call them.  So I did, seems they had a computer glitch, no problem I understand that.  Second, when you use your debit card they put the entire amount on hold.  Well with my bank, if I have a transaction pending it comes off my balance.  I understand the hold part because a lot of companies do this, but it came through twice.  Called again, they said it will drop off in a couple of days.  Ok.  I then get another email stating that one of my items was cancelled.  No reason why.  So I call again, it's now out of stock, even though this item was "found in stock" for the last 3 days. Ok.  To top of this glorious experience.  I receive my package.  Luckily the item that was out of stock didn't ship in this box because I would have never gotten it.  I had to hurry and take these photos before my four year could see!





So, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.  I'll drive the mile to Target or mile and a half to Walmart.
ETA- I did email them through their corporate web site, they said my concern was forwarded on along with this at the end "Ms. Teets, I do apologize that you had a negative experience with our on-line department. I am sorry that your order arrived in that condition."
